Returns & Exchanges
All holiday orders have an extended return policy through January 15, 2020. Returns must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Juliana Krys Jewelry want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We allow merchandise to be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 business days after you receive your product. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Be sure to provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using priority shipping methods, you will be credited the purchase price of the item only. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. If your return is approved you will receive an email notifying you that the return has been processed and you will be credited for the purchase price of your item.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment. We do not accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than julianakrysjewelry.com. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and returned to sender. Custom orders are both non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Custom Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed.
